Terms and conditions:
Registration:
- children can be registered online or by a franchise by enrolling online at minastix or by completing the enrollment form
Fees:
- fees are payable within 30 days of registration: per term and monthly payment options are available.
- Payments can be made by Online , cash, cheque or eft. Please return proof of payment to your child’s school. Assessment: all children will undergo a perceptual motor & fitness assessment.
Kit :
- children will be required to wear comfortable clothing.
- A t-shirt is included in the membership fee and other monkeynastix branded products are also available.
Instructors:
- all monkeynastix instructors are fully qualified.
- Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact your child’s instructor.
An open class will be held once a year at which the children will showcase what they have learnt, followed by the presentation of their medals. Parents are encouraged to attend. Termination one month’s written notice is required when you want to terminate classes.
Holiday: classes no classes are presented during holidays although some franchisees may present holiday programs. Please contact your franchisee for details. Acknowledgement i have read, understood and will abide by the terms & conditions of the franchise
